How we deal with missing bricks in your order
Even when packing your order carefully it can always happen that a brick is missing. Look at the following chart to find out what happens:
1 - 3 bricks missing: We do not allow any refund and don’t send them, but of course offer you a discount for your next order
more than 3 bricks missing: If this is the case please let us know: We will send you the missing bricks for free!
